Lasma Works has been serving orders for realist pencil paintings and digital illustrations since 2018. You can order our products via our admin or the market place listed below.

Ordering advice for best results;

1. Choose the best photo. Not blurry.

2. Buy a queue slot well before you want to give it as a gift so we can do it without rushing.

How to order:

1. Tell us the paper size, type of color (black and white or colored), number of objects/people, type of background you want to order. 

Example: A4/color/2 people/no background.

 Our admin will inform you of the total payment.

2. To ensure your name is included in the commission list, please make a down payment of at least 50%. Payments outside the market place are only made to BCA Bank Accounts in the name of Lasma Frida Manullang and PAYPAL in the name of Lasma Frida Manullang.

3. Send proof of payment and your photo reference to our Whatsapp number. Your name will be added to the commission list after administration is complete (proof of payment & photo). Work processes are calculated from completed administration.

4. The length of the process depends on the number of order commission lists. However, if the order list is not too busy, the sketch completion time can be according to the estimate stated in the info. We will provide a deadline date to ensure completion of the sketch process.

5. Before we start the sketching process we will create several photos that are edited for the best results. We will ask for your consent. If you approve the edited version, we will start the process immediately.

6. Before completing the process, we will provide you with an update process. You can request a maximum of 2 minor revisions before finalizing it. If you agree with the results, we continue to complete the process.

7. We will not send the results in frames for security reasons and to avoid the package being held up at customs. We will store the sketch in a box with styrofoam and bubble wrap.

For large 12R paper, we will put the sketch in a cardboard tube to avoid expensive shipping costs.
